Commercial Terms for Wholesale & Retail Buyers
These Terms & Conditions govern all transactions between GroceryWorld.in (the Seller) and buyers (wholesale or retail). By placing an order, buyers confirm acceptance of these terms.

1. Ordering & Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)
All orders must comply with applicable MOQs as stated in product listings and formal quotations. Custom MOQ arrangements can be negotiated for ongoing supply relationships.

2. Pricing, Quotations & Payment
All prices are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes, freight, and handling fees. Grocery commodity prices are subject to seasonal fluctuations. Quotation validity is typically 3–7 days for perishables and 7–15 days for dry goods.

3. Delivery & Risk Transfer
Goods are dispatched within agreed lead times. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. Delays caused by force majeure events are communicated proactively.

4. Inspection, Claims & Returns
Report claims for damage or quality defects within 48 hours for perishables and 7 calendar days for dry goods, with photographic evidence.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
