Reporting Requirements
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery for perishable products and within 7 calendar days for dry groceries. Each claim must include: original order number, SKU and batch details, clear photographs, and written description of the issue.

Resolution Options
• Replacement Shipment — for proven quality defects or transit damage
• Partial Credit / Invoice Adjustment — for minor discrepancies
• Full Refund — for genuinely unusable batches

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via original payment method or as credit notes.
